Registration

Registration can be done via: http://go.soton.ac.uk/a2l.

Please note that the registration process is in four steps:

1. 1. Choosing a basic package, e.g., “Early Bird – Students” or “Workshop (without the main conference)”;
   2. Filling the delegate details;
   3. Choosing optional extras, e.g., “Workshop” or “Banquet dinner”;
   4. Making the payment.

 

The registration fees are:

– Workshop: £150 (workshop only), £45 (with the main conference). Please note that the Tutorial is included in the Workshop package.
– Banquet dinner – vegetarian/non-veg options: free.
– Extra banquet dinner ticket: £30.
– The fees include bus tickets (view details) and lunches.
