On this page you’ll find practical info on how to navigate to the various conference locations. The majority of the conference will take place at  Keio University Hiyoshi Campus.

Main Conference Venue

Conference Dinner Venue (Banquet)

Location: Shinyokohama Prince Hotel ( Google map )

Address: 3-4 Shinyokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan

Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Directions:

• The conference venue to Hiyoshi Station:
  • Exit the main conference venue, cross the street in front of the main gate of Keio University, and you’ll immediately see Hiyoshi Station.
• Hiyoshi Station to Shin-Yokohama Station:
  • Take the Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line.
  • Approximate travel time: 7 minutes.
  • We recommend taking one of the following express trains from Platform 2:
    • 6:09PM (18:09): Arrives at 6:15PM (18:15).
    • 6:13PM (18:13): Arrives at 6:20PM (18:20).
  • IMPORTANT: Check the Train Destination and platform.
    • Acceptable: Shin-Yokohama (新横浜), Shonandai (湘南台), Ebina (海老名), or Nishiya (西谷).
    • Unacceptable: Motomachi-Chukagai (元町・中華街) or Kikuna (菊名). Trains on Platforms 3 or 4.
• Shin-Yokohama Station to the venue : The hotel is approximately a 2-minute walk from the station.
  • Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line: Use Exit 6.
• Other transportations:
  • JR Yokohama Line: Use the North Exit (“Kitakaisatsu-guchi”) / Arena Exit (“Arena-houmen deguchi”).
  • Yokohama Municipal Subway: Use Exit 3.
  • Tokaido Shinkansen (JR Central): Use the East Exit (“Higashi-guchi”) / Arena Exit (“Arena-houmen deguchi”).
  • Sotetsu Line: Use Exit 6.

About the Conference Venue

Kyoseikan is a facility located at the front of Keio University’s Hiyoshi Campus. It serves as a hub for various academic activities and events, fostering exchange among students, faculty, staff, and the local community.

Directions to the Conference Venue

Directions to Collaboraiton Complex (Kyoseikan) from Hiyoshi Station

Hiyoshi Station is served by the Tokyu Toyoko Line, Tokyu Meguro Line, and Yokohama Municipal Subway Green Line.

*Tokyu Toyoko Line Limited Express trains do not stop at Hiyoshi Station.

• Walking: Keio University Collaboraiton Complex, Hiyoshi Campus is approximately a 3 minute walk from Hiyoshi Station.

• Exit Hiyoshi Station. Cross the street directly in front of you, and you’ll immediately see the main gate of Keio University Hiyoshi Campus.

• Enter through the main gate and turn immediately to your right.

• Go over the bridge and head to the 2nd floor of the building.

• This building is the Collaboraiton Complex (Kyoseikan). Enter through the building’s doors.

• You will see a glass object in front of you.

• Go around the glass object and you will find wooden doors. This is the Fujiwara Memorial Hall entrance.
