Registration for HAI 2025 is now open! Please see the important dates and registration fees below.

All prices are in JPY. We are looking forward to having you at HAI 2025 in Yokohama, Japan, please read the following for more information on the attendance and refund policy of HAI 2025.

Regular and Student registration include:

  • Full access to the main conference
  • One paper publication
  • Reception
  • Banquet

Workshop Add-on

Workshops will be held on November 10th, 2025. You can add a workshop to your full registration for the following fees:

  • Regular: 10,000 JPY
  • Student: 5,000 JPY

Registration guide

Registration is a simple four-step process:

  1. Create an A-Pass account: If you don’t already have one, please create a new account.
  2. Save your profile: Fill out your personal information.
  3. Register: Select the appropriate registration category.
  4. Pay: Complete the payment to finalize your registration.

Important Notes

  • All prices are in JPY.
  • At least one author of an accepted publication must register by the specified deadline.
  • If you have any questions or need assistance with your registration, please contact the Local Chairs.
  • If you have dietary restrictions, we highly recommend completing registration during the early-bird period. We may not be able to accommodate late requests.

Conference Attendance and Refund Policy

We are looking forward to welcoming you to HAI 2025. Please note the following policies:

  • Attendance Policy: The HAI conference is an in-person event. One of the authors of an accepted paper, poster, or workshop is required to attend in person. We may consider exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as medical conditions or visa delays. For such cases, please contact the Local Chairs as soon as possible.
  • Refund Policy: In case of exceptional circumstances, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund on the registration. The conference will not be responsible for any costs incurred from canceling or changing flights/accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances.
