The language of the conference is English.

Passport and Visas

Delegates are advised to contact the nearest embassy, consulate or travel agency for information about the passport and visa requirements from their country for entry to Japan.

The General Chairs will be able to provide an invitation letter to support the visa application.

    • Final Registration deadline: November 3, 2025 (23:59 AoE)
  • Conference Dates: November 10-13, 2025
