For Presenters

Poster Specifications

Poster dimensions and display specifications: TBA

Detailed information about poster dimensions, mounting materials, and display requirements will be provided to accepted poster presenters.

Setup and Presentation

  • Presentation: TBA – Authors must be present at their posters during designated times

Presentation Tips

  • Prepare a brief (1-2 minute) summary of your work to share with visitors
  • Use clear, readable fonts and high-quality images
  • Organize content logically with clear section headings
  • Include key references and contact information
  • Bring business cards to share with interested attendees
  • Consider bringing supplementary materials (handouts, videos, demos)

Registration Requirement

At least one author of each accepted poster must register for the conference and present the poster. Failure to present will result in the paper being withdrawn from the proceedings.

Attending Poster Sessions

All registered conference attendees are welcome to attend the poster sessions. The poster sessions provide an excellent opportunity to:

Session Format

Poster sessions typically run for 1-2 hours with refreshments provided. Authors will be stationed at their posters throughout the session to discuss their work with attendees.
