Ibaraki Area
Commute: 5-10 minutes walk
Closest to the venue with limited but convenient hotel options. Good for attendees who want to minimize travel time.
Kyoto
Commute: 20-30 minutes by train
Wide range of accommodation options from budget to luxury. Rich in cultural attractions and dining options. Highly recommended for combining the conference with tourism.
Osaka / Umeda
Commute: 30-40 minutes by train
Vibrant city center with extensive accommodation choices, shopping, and nightlife. Ideal for those who want to experience urban Osaka.
