| アブストラクト | With the rapid advancement of robotics technology, robots' helping behaviors are increasingly recognized not only as functional assistance but also as socially meaningful interaction. However, resource costs borne by help-providers—a critical factor in human-human helping behavior—remain unexplored in human-robot interaction (HRI) research. This study conducted a video-based experiment to examine how robots' initial battery level (as an observable indicator of resource) influences human perception of resource costs and trust in robots, even when the relative resource consumption caused by the helping behavior is equivalent. Our findings provide preliminary insights for designing more trustworthy robotic systems and establishing better human-robot relationships. |
