| アブストラクト | This paper aims to reconcile the continuation of ongoing conversations and the comprehension of missed conversation content when joining a conversation in progress. Asking questions about missed conversation content can necessitate re-explaining the conversation content, potentially impeding the flow of the conversation. The proposed system, Know-it-all assistant, encourages mid-conversation participation by rephrasing the user's utterances in a context-appropriate manner. The rephrased expressions are generated using GPT-4 with access to the entire conversation history. In experiments comparing the presence and absence of the system, Know-it-all assistant demonstrated some effectiveness in both sustaining the conversation and improving conversation comprehension. |
