Presentation Guidelines

Full Paper Presentations

All presentations must be in English. If other languages are present (in video data, etc.), English subtitles should be provided. Each presenter will have 15 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for questions. The projector uses VGA, so please bring an appropriate adaptor for your computer.

Please arrive to your session early for testing your presentation (especially if you have audio or video). Before the session is usually quite busy, but there is often plenty of time in the morning to test as well (before the presentations start for the day). If you have any other special needs for the presentation, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible.

Poster Presentation

This section follows basically the same structure as for Oral Presentations. Therefore, all presentations must be in English. If other languages are present (in video data, etc.), English subtitles should be provided. Here, each presenter will have 10 minutes for their presentation (No Q&A).

Interactive Poster Presentation

All poster presenters will be invited to give a 1-minute spotlight introduction of your work at the start of each poster session.

Posters must be in English. If other languages are present, English subtitles should be provided. Each poster should include the title (preferably at the top), as well as the names and affiliations of the authors. Posters must not exceed A1 size (594 x 841 mm, portrait or landscape are both allowed).

Posters should be mounted the day of your presentation. Mounting can be done before 09.30 am or at least 30 minutes before the presentation and dismounted after the presentation. All posters not removed after the corresponding session each day will be automatically discarded.
