Information for Attendees and Presenters

Your presentation at the HAI 2020 conference is now scheduled!

Please check the HAI 2020 Technical Program for the time of your presentation. The conference will be held using the Zoom video meeting platform. Talks are arranged as follows:

  • Keynotes are 50 minutes long that entails 40 minutes of presentation time and 10 minutes for Q&A.
  • Full Paper Presentations are 15 minutes long that entails 10 minutes of presentation time and 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Invited Guest Talks are 25 minutes long that entails 20 minutes of presentation time (unless otherwise requested and agreed upon) and 5 minutes for Q&A.

Each session is moderated by a Session Chair. You should arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled session to make sure that everything works and check-in with the designated Session Chair. 

Presenters and Attendees will be will be contacted few days before the conference to provide further details (and training) on the online Zoom setup. More details on the online conference environments for HAI2020 are found here.


All submissions need to be submitted by 23.59 HST Hawaii Standard Time.
